Weather: Fair, 31°F, 71% Humidity, Wind: From SW @ 6 mph; feels like 25°F.
Actual Workout: 7.0 miles in :52:46 min. @ 9:00 a.m.
Average Mile: 7:32 min/mi
Course: South on the Genesee River Trailway from Ontario Beack Park, through Turning Point Park to Riverside Cemetery, and back.

Though slightly cooler than I had anticipated, it was a pleasant clear morning on which to make my way to the beach for a speed workout on the Genesee River Trailway. I once again elected to take advantage of the time of from work to revisit some previous training routes which are too challenging to get to during the work week. This morning;'s route went right through Turning Point Park, part of which is a beautiful wood and cement walkway over part of the Genesee River.

From this bridgeway, one can see (and hear) many local water fowl and birds. I find this to be one of my favorite location in the city and one in which there is much to see... if you look carefully enough.
